Are your artworks made to order ?

Yes! Every Arvelo artwork is made to order exclusively for you.


Once you place your order, we print, frame, and ship it fresh from our professional print partner — no mass production, no stock.

Do you offer worldwide shipping ?

Absolutely! We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

No matter where you live, your art will be delivered straight to your door.

How long does delivery take ?

Our estimated delivery times (after processing 2–5 business days) are:

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Asia & Middle East: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What materials are your framed posters made of ?

Each Arvelo framed poster is crafted with museum-quality matte paper and a premium Ayous wood frame sourced from renewable forests.

  • Frame: Ayous wood, 0.75″ (1.9 cm) thick — lightweight and sustainably sourced
  • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil (0.26 mm)
  • Paper weight: 189 g/m²
  • Printing: Multicolor, water-based inkjet technique for vivid, long-lasting color
  • Finish: Acrylite front protector with included hanging hardware

Are your frames eco-friendly ?

Yes — our frames are made from Ayous wood, a lightweight, durable wood sourced from renewable forests.

We partner with environmentally conscious suppliers who ensure responsible forest management and sustainable harvesting.

Every piece is printed using water-based, non-toxic inks, and carefully packaged with recyclable materials whenever possible — because at Arvelo, we care about both your space and the planet.

Do you provide tracking information ?

Yes — every order comes with a tracking link sent to your email once it ships.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Can I send an artwork as a gift ?

Of course! Our prints make perfect gifts.

You can use a different shipping address at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s packed beautifully and safely (no pricing information is included in the package).

Can I return or exchange my order ?

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days at contact us, and we’ll send a replacement or refund immediately.

Do you offer custom sizes or designs ?

Currently, we offer standard print sizes listed on each product page.
However, we’re always expanding! If you’re interested in a specific size or customization, contact us.
